Our Spirits
Both Star Keeper Gin and Vapid Vodka are distilled entirely from clementines grown on local farms. Thus, they are entirely grain/gluten-free. Because our process celebrates, rather than masks, the nature of their fruit source, both spirits boast a silkier texture, a longer finish, and more durable flavor in mixed drinks.
Star Keeper Gin
Our gin is made from clementines which allows for a silky brandy like structure and a greater definition of it’s botanical flavors.
Vapid Vodka
This traditionally vapid spirit is distilled entirely from a base of clementines, it cannot help but reveal its sunny heritage.
